Mission

Partnering with the most prestigious and best in class call centers to confidently share our clients’ outsourcing projects and help centers experience optimum results!

Objective

There are thousands of call centers globally, it’s a “Hodge Podge” of centers ranging from top notch best in class to poorly run centers that should be prohibited from servicing any account due to lack of investment, poor talent and inferior results. Kathy Sisk Enterprises (KSE) and our clients are only interested in working with the best in class to above average centers; centers who are trainable where we can bring them to a higher service level.

To accomplish this we have developed a membership where centers can enroll in one of three membership packages, working with the center’s need and budget. The membership streamlines the centers and categorize them based on size, infrastructure, expertise, and campaigns they are able to thrive on.

Once a center becomes a member, they will receive services from KSE (based on the package chosen) such as; giving the center first right of refusal of campaigns before we go outside of our network, training, coaching, and mentoring services. We offer our members various types of assessments of their operations and give hot tips each month to help centers grow and flourish and much more….

Additionally, we plan to add, as we create the list (it’s an ongoing process), to our membership package a back office blacklist of agents and other employees who have committed fraud, abused prospects/customers and the like. Centers can view our blacklist prior to recruiting new hires, thus preventing unnecessary hardships within their operations. Once an agent or staff person has conducted these types of illegal activities, they go from one center to another doing illegal activities again and again until there is an arrest which rarely happens.

KSE’s purpose for a blacklist is to help clean up the industry, particularly offshore centers who experience more issues with fraud and poor servicing tactics. Often, the Owner /CEO/Director of the call center is unaware this is happening within the walls of their operations.

Overall, these types of illegal tactics hurt our clients, the center and the industry. Moreover, the blacklist helps our clients feel more secure knowing we are doing our best to recruit good, honest and ethical talent!

The Plan

There are three packages to choose from and each is designed to fit any center’s needs and budget. Should you select the Standard package, later you can upgrade to another package, you just need to pay the difference when you’re ready to upgrade. The membership is paid quarterly unless you prefer to pay every 6 months or 12 months; there is incentive to do so.
